Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the BizMobl mobile application ("BizMobl" or the "Service").
BizMobl is developed and licensed by PBSMobile, LLC, a California limited liability company ("PBSMobile", "we", "us", or "our"). The Google Play listing for BizMobl may identify Geoff Thomas as the developer or publishing account associated with the application. Geoff Thomas is the owner and manager of PBSMobile, LLC. This publishing-account identification does not change the ownership or licensing of BizMobl by PBSMobile, LLC.
BizMobl is intended primarily for authorized employees, contractors, subcontractors, and other approved users of participating businesses.
Information We Handle
Account and Registration Information
To register, identify, authenticate, and support a BizMobl user, we may process information such as your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, login credentials, user or employee identifiers, and other registration information supplied by you or your participating company.
Device and Technical Information
BizMobl may process technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service, such as device type, operating-system information, application version, network or IP information, device or installation identifiers, and diagnostic information.
Location Information
Certain BizMobl functions may use location information when the feature is needed for the user's work and when the device grants location permission. Location access can be controlled through the device's settings. The availability and use of location features may also depend on the participating company's configuration and business requirements.
Business and Operational Information
BizMobl is a business application that exchanges information with systems used by the participating company. Depending on the company's configuration, this may include business records or operational information needed for warehouse, delivery, inventory, order, route, or related work functions.
Business records maintained by a participating company may be subject to that company's own privacy, employment, contractual, legal, accounting, and record-retention requirements.
How Information Is Used
- to register and authenticate BizMobl users;
- to provide and maintain the Service;
- to enable business functions requested by participating companies;
- to provide technical and customer support;
- to protect accounts, systems, and data from misuse or unauthorized access;
- to diagnose problems and maintain application reliability; and
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be exchanged with the participating company for which the user performs work when required for BizMobl's business functions. We may also use hosting, communications, infrastructure, or technical service providers when necessary to operate and support the Service.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, PBSMobile, participating companies, or the security and integrity of the Service.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain account and registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide BizMobl, support the participating company's use of the Service, meet security and record-integrity needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your BizMobl account and associated personal account information at: https://pbsmobile.com/BizMobl/RemoveAccount.aspx.
After a verified deletion request, personal account information associated with BizMobl will be deleted or de-identified as applicable. Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, legitimate business record retention, or database and record-integrity requirements.
Deleting a BizMobl account does not necessarily delete business transaction records owned or maintained by the user's employer or contracting company. Those records may be subject to the participating company's own retention requirements.
Your Choices
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal account information maintained by PBSMobile. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Children's Privacy
BizMobl is a business application and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly use BizMobl to solicit personal information from children.
International Users
Information handled through BizMobl may be processed and stored in the United States. Users outside the United States should understand that applicable privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in their own jurisdiction.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with its effective date.
